Cancellation / prepayment:

Any cancellation made at least 5 days or more prior to arrival will not incur in any penalty. Any cancellation made at least 4 to 1 days prior to arrival will incur a 50 % penalty. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will incur a 100% penalty. No shows, will incur a 100% penalty.
