Cancellation / prepayment:

Any cancellation or change made at least 30 days or more prior to arrival will not incur in any penalty. Any cancellation or change made less than 29 to 10 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% penalty. Any cancellation or change made less than 10 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% penalty. No shows, will incur a 100% penalty. Cancellation or change of reservations for Easter Week, Christmas or New Year's (December - January) made less than 60 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% penalty.

Minimum Stay requirements: All lodgings have a minimum stay of 2 nights. December 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st, 2015 - 4 nights minimum. Mandatory New Year´s Eve dinner. March 19th to 26th, 2016 - Easter week. 3 nights minimum (March 24th, 25th and 26th, 2016).
