Cancellation / prepayment:

Any cancellation made at least 30 days or more prior to arrival will not incur in any penalty. Any cancellation made at least 29 to 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 50 % penalty. Any cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% penalty. No shows, will incur a 100% penalty.

Children and Extra Beds:

Children from 0 to 6 years old stay free sharing with two adults. Special price for children from 6 to 13 years old. Children up to 13 years old will be charged as an adult.

Pets:

The animal must weigh 20 pounds or less, a contract/waiver must be signed upon arrival and a $ 20 non refundable per pet deposit is required. No pets are allowed by the pool, restaurant, or other common areas and may not be left unattended in the guest rooms.
