Cancellation / prepayment:

Any cancellation made at least 31 days or more prior to arrival will not incur in any penalty. Any cancellation made at least 30 to 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 50 % penalty. Any cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% penalty. No shows, will incur a 100% penalty. For cancellations for the month of December and for Easter Week a 100% penalty applies.

Children and Extra Beds:

Children from 0 to 3 years old stay free sharing with two adults. Special price for children from 4 to 11 years old. Children up to 11 years old will be charged as an adult.
