Tamarindo Diria Beach & Golf Resort features 182 rooms divided in 3 different categories.  Most of the rooms offer stunning ocean views and easy access to the beach.  Each room category has electronic door locks, safety deposit box, cable TV, A/C, mini bar, telephone service (national & international) and two queen size beds or one king size bed.  Wireless internet connection will soon be available in every room. 

Restaurants and Bars
Tamarindo Diria offers gourmet international cuisine from professional chefs, as well as exotic beach cocktails in all of their bars and delicious pastries and coffee from the Cafeteria.
The Matapalo Restaurant is one of the best dining options in Tamarindo.  Located right on the beach, Matapalo serves lobster, steaks, seafood and a variety of international dishes.  During high season, there’s a ‘Noche Típica’ every Wednesday night, where they serve typical Costa Rican food like casados, picadillos and more.  Also, Saturday nights are BBQ nights, roasting meats and seafood to the beat of live music.

Pools
The hotel’s pool areas are abundant.  They have numerous chairs for tanning, as well as plenty of shade from palm trees for those who prefer not to sunbathe. It’s a beautiful setting with the relaxing touch of the tropical breeze and the refreshing waters.
Tamarindo Diaria’s scenic pool is the biggest in all of Tamarindo.  It has a curved rounded shape, surrounded by lush tropical gardens and incredible pre-Columbian sculptures.

Nearby Tamarindo Diria Beach & Golf Resort there are two world-class golf courses that the hotel offers to their guests at a special rate.  Hacienda Pinilla Golf Resort is one of Central America’s finest golf courses.  This 6,800-meter field is the masterpiece of Mike Young, who has designed some of the best golf courses in the world.  Then there’s Playa Conchal’s Garra de León. This is a challenging 18-hole, par 71 ocean front golf course with panoramic views and large greens, and it’s surrounded by 2,000 acres of tropical dry forest.  Both courses offer club and cart rentals, as well as gold lesons for beginners.

Grupo Diria has future development plans for golfers.  The project includes the development of the golf community called ‘Rancho Tamarindo’.  It will be a commercial area built around the Tamarindo Airport’s facilities, with a private 18-hole world-class golf course, residential area, condominiums, hiking trails and more.  The construction is meant to begin soon.
