Manuel Antonio Coastal Paddle

Time : 8:00 am - 12:00 md / 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.

Requirements: Some experience and good physical condition, as big waves are common.

A more challenging open ocean paddle in one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful coastlines. There will be two stops along the way: the first one for a swim and snacks in the isolated Biesanz Bay and the second one for lunch near the National Park of Manuel Antonio, by the end of the trip.

Nearby islands are nesting sites for boobies and frigate birds.
